Glory to God!

The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands. Psalm 19:1

In the past few days, I’ve witnessed things in nature that stunned me. The intricacies of the spider web testify of the power of God’s creative genius. I stood rejoicing as I studied it hovering above the lilac bush by the pond where I walk the dog.

The next evening as we relaxed in the living room, I glanced out the window and my eyes widened at the brilliant sunset. I hurried to grab my phone and take a picture before its light disappeared. “When I consider your heavens, the work of your fingers, the moon and stars, which you have set in place, what is man that you are mindful of him, the son of man that you care for him?” Let’s praise our Creator and say, “O Lord, our Lord, how majestic is your name in all the earth!” Psalm 8:3, 9

“Holy, holy, holy is the Lord Almighty; the whole earth is full of his glory.” Isaiah 6:3
